Work-life balanceWork-life balance at PepsiCo is non-existent.Pay & benefitsMy pay and benefits at PepsiCo are okay. The pay rate is superior and the healthcare is incredible, but very little to no PTO makes it tough.Job security and advancementIn terms of job security at PepsiCo, I think is very low at first until you get into the union.ManagementIn general, managers at PepsiCo are nice and supportive, but don't truly care about employees.CultureCollaboration with my colleagues at PepsiCo is the best part of the job.OverallMy experience working at PepsiCo I worked really hard for the wages and I tried to keep up with the rate, but it is very difficult. It worked great for getting extra money in the short term, but not so good for a long term position.
Its funny reading everyone's review for pepsi and it seems its a united States issue in general. Its literally the definition of pepsi everyone sees the same issues yet nothing gets addressed. 0 respect for workers. 0 respect for life. Only thing pepsi knows is soda soda soda. Met great workers. Just horrific managers meetings are a joke so end of day review is pepsi needs to find the people who put there effort into building there company and brand and get rid of these managers that have 0 respect for there own employees
0 respect 0 care
Once you start you have to work a non stop schedule, they don’t care if you need a day off it’s taking from you. You never get you’re days off and during times they split them. Union will not help they do not care as long as they get their percentage out of you’re check. It’s a joke to work here you work hard labor just for you’re check to look like nothing. Company 401k doesn’t match anything. Company can make u work 15. Hours
Hour lunch break
Stressful work environment, Service Manager only cares about his Bonus and Unit manager only cares about his cows. Almost lost everything working here over the amount of stress this job creates, turn over rate speaks for it self, maybe not all locations are this bad but montrose is absolutely horrible to work for, I don’t recommend this job to my worst enemy.Service manager would be sitting on his butt well team is barely holding there head above water!
Terrible place to work and management sucks went out because my surgery put me out and got fired. It was my third time being fired the first two times they were forced to bring me back. All related to the same work injury
Just the pay
The pay for the job isn’t worth it. Long hours through the summer 12-15 hours are frequent. Insurance is really good but the work/life balance is non existent. Nobody in management cares about the warehouse and we’re often left short handed. I do not recommend this job. Also very labor intensive.
Produce alot of product, your around people who are fun out going, generous and nice. You get your job done and when the job is done you can go home or get off somtimes early.
Free food. Lots of bonus checks, Christmas party
Short break. Bad cart that are hard to push with heavy load.
like most companies there will be good and bad days here at pepsi you will work hard with long hours but the pay more then makes up for itSomeday you'll work long hours other days itll be easy no matter what everyday you'll sweat for your large paycheck this is a company you can grow in if you have the skill and patience
high pay, company events
long hours not much home life
Extend hours and lack of schedule make this place a difficult place to work.Manager took some advantage because the pay rate is high and intimidate the workers if don not do the work they could be fired.
good pay rate, good benefits
bad management, lack of schedule
My time at Pepsi-Cola I have various jobs or Pepsi ran machinery also worked in the lab I worked on the docks I didn’t sanitation also painted so I had various jobs and Pepsi I was able to take care of my family so overall by Pepsi experience was really good met a lot of good peoples and also made a few bad people but that goes with the job thanks tim greer Senior
This job is very labor intensive and most people who apply here dont really last. The work culture sucks a bunch of old grown men acting like babys!!!
Great benifits, pay, advancement
The people are VERY vindictive and will try their best to fire you if they dont like you, strict attendance policy, working with people who suffer from mental illness
