✅Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements.
• Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates, understanding the ever-changing nature of the trucking industry where drivers frequently seek new opportunities.
• Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates.
• Submit candidate's applications to clients for review.
• Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

✅BENEFITS | PAYMENTS:

• Paid Training - Training time would be approximately between 3-4 weeks.
• USD EARNINGS!
• $ Monthly Earnings Range (USD - Hourly + Commissions)Training: 300$

Recruiting Specialist Average Performance Level: $550 - $600

Good Performance Level: $700 - $800
