Seawolf Technologies, a Long Island based IT solution company, is looking for a Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) customer service representative and/or call center agent to assist with our SaaS initiatives and provide sales and admin support for company operation.

The ideal candidate is a team player who is positive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated. This position requires quick-thinking, the ability to multi-task, and the motivation to grow.

Responsibilities:

Answering Spanish customer service incoming calls
Placing order for customer and feedbacking customer's needs to managers
Searching and analyzing potential client data, identifying target clients
Designing advertisements under the guidance of the Marketing director.
Scheduling appointments and Maintaining client communications
Relaying messages via phone, e-mail, & social media with customers and clients.
Acquiring clients through ads, email, social media and phone.

Requirement:

Basic Skills on Marketing/Advertising/Communications, or closely related filed
MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT), Graphic Software (PS), Chrome/Internet Explorer
Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills are highly desirable
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English a MUST.
