ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Department: Business Development
  • Position Type: Contractor, Full Time & Hourly
  • Location: Remote, Global [Outside of United States]
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed.
  • Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time zone hours.
  • Compensation: $5.00 -$11.00 USD per hour DOE

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-level, strategic thinker who is also highly efficient, proactive, and execution-driven. This is not just a traditional assistant role—this person will act as the right hand to our Sales & Business Development Team, leading meetings, providing business insights, and ensuring that sales operations run with precision.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, understands urgency and timelines, and operates with a bias for effective action. They should be able to quickly grasp knowledge about school programs in the United States and be a key representative in business development meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Strategic Support:

  • Act as a trusted partner to our Business Development team, attending meetings on their behalf and providing strategic input.
  • Lead and contribute meaningfully in business development meetings.
  • Provide real-time updates, analysis, and insights to support sales growth.
  • Manage executive schedules with efficiency, prioritization, and discipline.
  • Handle high-stakes communications, acting as a gatekeeper for executives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and contracts with precision and professionalism.

Sales Operations & Business Development:

  • Oversee CRM updates, sales reports, and key performance tracking.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, and client outreach.
  • Research potential leads and maintain an accurate customer database.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Take ownership of follow-ups, scheduling, and internal sales communications.

Project & Operations Management:

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects with a results-driven approach.
  • Organize company events, leadership meetings, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain efficient business systems and workflows.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales administration, executive support, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of urgency, timelines, and execution.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take independent action in a remote setting.
  • Experience leading high-level meetings and contributing strategically.
  • Strong grasp of U.S. education programs or ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Exceptional Administrative skills—Commited to accuracy and thoroughness and highly detail-oriented.
  • Highly disciplined in a remote environment with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working in education, startups, or business development.
  • Are familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
