· Plaintiff Cash Funding: We provide money upfront to clients who are hurt due to an accident, instead of having to wait for their legal case to settle. · Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien: We have a network of doctors, surgery centers and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We provide the funding for surgery centers and hospital fees. We also assist with doctor scheduling and coordinating client medical care.

REMOTE POSITION & HOURS

This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training for all our job duties. You will not be an employee of High Rise Financial as you will be living and working in your native country, outside of the United States.

Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm PST

Days: Monday – Friday USA times.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Customer Service Representative | Administrative, the following will be your duties:

· Answer incoming phone calls from new and current clients

· Call clients after we receive an online application from them

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling the different topics

· Help our sales agents by being the main contact of the clients who were involved in the accidents, so the sales agent can focus on speaking to law firms only

· Assign new cases to sales agents

· Communicating with law firms via email about case documents we need so we can decide if we want to fund a case or not

· Screening law firms and clients and quality assurance measures on certain transactions to ensure no maximum outcome.

· Help draft contracts

· Perform other duties as necessary

· Training will be provided

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· Ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients/customers

· Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is required for this position

· Have a quiet place at home to work in

· Consistent and reliable internet access

· A smartphone

· Your own computer (with a camera)

· A bank account that accepts payment wires is required
