We are excited to expand our team with energetic and charismatic New Business Development professionals (inside sales) ready to connect with Risk Managers at organizations with 1,000+ employees. This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Position Overview:

Are you a natural salesperson with outstanding verbal skills and a flair for making compelling pitches? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, this role is for you! As a New Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts in a designated region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Territory Sales Activities: Lead the charge in your assigned territory, driving sales initiatives with enthusiasm.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Use your charisma to engage prospects through Zoom, phone calls, and emails, working from company-provided lists.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of your sales activities in our CRM application, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates.
  • Sales Strategies: Innovate and implement strategies to surpass revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with Risk Managers and Workers' Compensation Specialists.
  • Reporting: Share your successes through weekly reports, helping to monitor sales progress in the CRM.
  • Support: Enjoy the benefit of inside appointment setting support, so you can focus on closing deals.

Sales Activity Expectations:

  • Prospecting Calls Per Day: 100
  • Sales Presentations Per Week: 5
