Job Summary:
Color More Lines (CML) is seeking a proactive and highly organized Growth Partner Associate to support our Growth Partners, who play a critical role in devising and executing strategic plans for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that our Growth Partners can focus on high-level client strategy and growth by taking on key administrative and operational tasks. The Growth Partner Associate will streamline workflows, manage daily tasks, and help optimize the efficiency of our Client Services team.

Essential Functions:
- Administrative Support. Provide daily administrative assistance to Growth Partners by managing Wrike (project management tool), clearing out tasks, and setting up workflows to maximize team efficiency.
- Task Coordination: Follow up on project tasks and timelines to ensure consistent progress and keep Growth Partners updated on project statuses.
- Report Preparation: Compile weekly and monthly performance and project reports, helping Growth Partners stay aligned with client progress and goals.
- Presentation & Deck Creation: Assist in preparing client-facing decks, presentations, and supporting materials to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize and schedule meetings, take detailed notes, and manage Growth Partners' calendars to maintain their focus on client priorities.
- Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements for administrative processes, helping Growth Partners and the wider team work more effectively.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the Growth Partners and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries
Important:It is mandatory to log times and tasks in real-time in our Time Tracker application. This tool is essential for client audits and for identifying efficiencies in tasks and projects, making its use indispensable. Additionally, this app also captures screenshots.
Success Metrics:
- In this role, you’ll be measured based on:
- Timeliness and Accuracy: Meeting deadlines on task follow-ups, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Efficiency Gains for Growth Partners: Reduction in time spent on administrative tasks by Growth Partners, allowing greater focus on strategic activities.
- Quality of Deliverables: Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and administrative work that meets or exceeds CML standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effectively liaising with other team members and departments, fostering seamless workflow management.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting client-facing teams or roles with a strong operational component.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Wrike), Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive, with a knack for identifying areas for process improvement and optimizing workflows.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to support team members in different time zones.
- Exceptional track record of developing, implementing, and managing business development and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, and providing personal leadership through example
- Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
- High level of knowledge and domain experience within the Amazon and/or ecommerce space
- Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.
- Fluent in English. Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- This position is remote. Travel requirements are to be determined, mostly US based, and not to exceed 15%.
Compensation
Between $1,000 and $1,300 USD per month. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be available to work in a US time zone (PST or CST).
