Working mode: Remote, Zoom meetings during the working hours required.
Working Hours:
40 working hours per week, as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 5 PM CDT, Saturday: 09:30 AM to 3 PM CDT
Salary: USD 3 per hour (approx. USD 500-550 per month) or commission-based.
Position Overview:
Hexa PM is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the application process for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. You will work closely with property managers, tenants, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tenant application process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Review and verify tenant applications, including background checks and credit reports.
- Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on application status.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and denials in our property management software.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, property owners, and real estate agents regarding application procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training staff on application procedures and software usage.
- Prepare regular reports on application status and trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
