## About Us:

Denair HVAC is a leading provider of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions, serving a wide range of commercial, and industrial clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team, focusing specifically on sales of HVAC maintenance contracts to B2B prospects.

## Role Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Denair HVAC's maintenance solutions and identify appropriate buyers.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects within defined territories/vertical segments.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

## Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

- Excellent client service skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Technical Experience: Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) and CRM software.

## Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience.

- Strong understanding of HVAC maintenance contracts and the sales process.

## Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
