Position Summary

We're looking for a Support & Communications Contractor to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is a communications and support role, not an advisory or fulfillment role. Those with customer relations experience and a strong ability to manage support tickets will be a great fit. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients daily via SMS, email, and our in-house ticket system.
• Manage inbound support tickets, ensuring they are assigned and addressed promptly.
• Create tasks and clearly communicate client requests to the fulfillment team.
• Prompt team members to complete outstanding tickets in a timely manner.
• Monitor the general flow of inbound requests and outbound updates to ensure smooth operations.
• Send completion notifications and updates to clients once tasks/tickets are resolved.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an account management, customer communications, or support role.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/tickets simultaneously.

• Excellent written communication skills—must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Must be clear, concise, and professional in email, SMS, and ticket responses.
• Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of multiple ongoing requests.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment.
• Must be legally able to work as an independent contractor in Venezuela.

Compensation

• VEF $1,165 to VEF $1,553 per hour (compensation based on experience).
• Weekly payments via PayPal or Wise.
