Job Title: QA Specialist and Reporting
Location: Remote (Colombia)
About Us: We are a leading law firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who have suffered personal injuries. Our commitment to excellence drives us to seek a talented QA Specialist and Reporting to join our team.
Role Description: As a QA Specialist and Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the whole company. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute to keep a track fo each employee and department.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting of all departments' indicators (KPI).
- Audit of calls and every employee daily functions.
- Quality assurance of new employees.
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Generate comprehensive reports on case progress, timelines, and milestones.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.
- Present findings to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- English advanced B2/C1 (must).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or legal context.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Leadership and autonomy.
Benefits and Perks:
- Independent contract (freelance/contratista - prestación de servicios)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:30 - 19:30 COT. (1-hour lunch, 30-minute break)
- Primas de servicios will be paid every half and end of year.
