Star Hangar, LLC is searching for a “Customer Support” team member. Provide first-class online support for our buyers and consignment sellers. Support our customers via Email, Ticketing and text chat. We offer an interesting job as a freelance contractor, with a high level of self responsibility and the ability to work in a relaxed way from wherever you prefer.

Your responsibilities

  • 1st Level Customer Support using Email and Ticketing
  • Online presence in live chat for providing fast customer responses
  • Quality checks and proactive consignment seller support
  • Test and support new webstore features developed in house

Your requirements

  • 2 years of job experience in customer support
  • high level of diligence and accuracy
  • Calm and professional demeanor towards customers
  • Fluent in English
  • Good generic IT skills
  • Self motivation and flexibility
  • Knowledge & interest in online gaming is preferred
