Junior Business Development Contractor – LatAm Project Finance (Remote)

Location: Remote (Venezuela)

Job Type: Entry-Level Contractor

Compensation: Monthly stipend of 560000 VES + highly competitive revenue share / commission on closed deals

About Us

We arrange project financing for large-scale companies in the natural resources, energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors; we operate in a high-stakes, highly complex industry where finding the right decision-maker at the right time is the key to closing multi-million dollar deals. Our primary focus right now is expanding our business pipeline across Latin America.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as the engine for our established sales process.

You will be responsible for identifying potential client companies, and reaching out to their executives (CEOs CFOs, Directors of Capital Projects, etc.) utilizing our pre-written email outreach strategy.

This role is built around an aligned incentive structure. You will receive a monthly stipend for your daily output, plus a revenue share on any commissions generated from the leads you source.

Long-Term Opportunity

This is not a dead-end data entry job -- you will learn the mechanics of complex project financing from the ground up.

As you prove your ability to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities, you will have the chance to step up, own more of the sales process, and even build a team around you.

What You Will Do

  • Precision Research: Use strict search parameters and professional networks to identify active natural resources, infrastructure, energy, and real estate companies in Latin America.
  • Contact Identification: Pinpoint the exact C-level executives and financial decision-makers within those organizations.
  • Outreach Execution: Send pre-written, carefully crafted email templates to these decision-makers. No customizing or creative writing is required -- your success relies entirely on finding the right opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Log all outreach activities accurately so our senior business development team can seamlessly step in once a lead has been qualified.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native fluency in Spanish paired with excellent, professional English proficiency.
  • Effectiveness: You value systems, speed, and accuracy over doing things the slow way.
  • Diligence: You know the difference between a VP of Operations and a VP of Project Finance, and you never send an email to the wrong title.
  • Drive: You are hungry to learn high-level finance and want a role where your financial upside is tied directly to your performance.

Job Types: Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BsF560,000.00 per month
